An illuminating brand experience for a bespoke condominium

Objective

UpShift collaborated with LG Construction on the branding of Illume, a luxury residential condominium located in Chicago's ultra-hot West Loop neighborhood that features 90 exemplary condominiums in a boutique setting with high-end amenities and sweeping skyline views.

Solution

To fit the ultra-luxury residential identity, UpShift created a brand, logo, name, collateral, signage, and website that is refined, elegant, and yet modern. It also taps into the creative spirit of the West Loop, featuring quotes from some of Chicago's mavericks and masters. UpShift always searches for unique ways for a brand to stand out in crowded marketspaces and also connect emotively with defined target demographics.
