Parkline Chicago Residences Wins a Davey Award for Branding

We’re proud to announce the custom brand that UpShift created for Parkline Chicago won Silver in the Davey Awards, which honors the achievements of the “Creative Davids” who derive strength from big ideas, rather than stratospheric budgets.

Parkline Chicago is a new luxury residential community located in Downtown Chicago, developed by Moceri + Roszak and managed by Lincoln Property Co. Our branding work on this project included strategy, naming, logo design, signage, print collateral, and a custom website. Our work led to great awareness and record fast lease-ups of this property, despite the pandemic.
