Fulbrix Apartments Website Wins Web Excellence Award

We’re proud to share that our custom website for Fulbrix Fulton Market was recognized as a winning website by the Web Excellence Awards, a competitive design competition committed to promoting excellence on the web and setting higher standards across various digital channels.

UpShift worked to create a brand that reflected both the rich history and exciting growth of its location in Fulton Market. We then carried this brand across a custom designed and programmed website. Featuring a mix of large images and video, a variety of slider functionality that allows key information to be highlighted, and unique photo treatments that mimic a brick pattern, the site perfectly reflects the upscale, design-centric lifestyle Fulbrix offers residents. Custom API integration also allows for realtime pricing and availability to be displayed.

UpShift worked with Moceri + Roszak and Lincoln Property Residential who share a similar belief in that custom websites are that much more valuable in today’s market as they allow for brands to stand out against competitors using templates, and help lead to faster lease ups.
