The Frederic Website Launches

We’re excited to share the launch of another new luxury real estate project, The Frederic Capital Mall. Located in Sacramento, California, The Frederic is named after M. Frederic Butler, the architect who penned the Golden State’s iconic State Capital Building which is right next door.

We worked closely with long-term client Shorenstein to create a bespoke, upscale brand that perfectly captures the building’s refined yet relaxed experience.
