The Rowan Website Launches

We’re excited to share the recent launch of a new custom website for The Rowan Apartments, located in Eagan, Minnesota. UpShift assisted in creating a fresh, inviting brand that reflected the upscale amenities and emphasis on wellness and sustainability that The Rowan offers its residents. We applied this brand to a custom-designed website that combines video, dynamic image sliders, and unique functionality to create an easy-to-use, visually appealing site for prospective residents.

Offering residents the best of modern living with an emphasis on sustainability, we incorporated a unique split hero video to welcome users to the page, which highlights these key components of The Rowan. Video and subtle animation throughout the site, further communicate a sense of active living, while luxury amenity spaces and unique services are reflected through imagery. As with all of our custom real estate sites, The Rowan provides integrated API functionality and multiple ways for residents to find the perfect place to call home.
