UpShift Wins Two Davey Awards

UpShift designed and programmed two beautiful sites, one for Strategic Properties of North America and one for NordHaus (LMC/Lennar Homebuilders). The sites were honored with Gold and Silver in the 2018 Davey Awards.

The Strategic Properties site makes use of minimal and sophisticated design. With an emphasis on creating an approachable design, Upshift utilized a palette consisting of navy with teal accents. Strategic Properties’ main goal was to have the ability to showcase their varying properties. With this in mind, Upshift designed an organic photo grid that allows for seamless viewing of their properties. View more here.

NordHaus (LMC/Lennar Homebuilders) enlisted UpShift to create a site that would stand out in the marketplace. In order to accomplish that goal UpShift created a website featuring bold messaging, dynamic galleries, and unique typography. The use of textures and natural photography emphasizes the outdoorsy lifestyle put forth by the created brand. View more here.
