Artistic living in Chicago's hottest Fulton Market neighborhood
We partnered with Moceri+Roszak and Willow Bridge (Lincoln) to create an edgy yet refined brand for a new upscale community in Chicago's West Loop that offers custom artwork on every floor, unique furnishings by Ligne Roset, and carefully-resolved architectural details.
We named the community Fulbrix, reflecting its brick facade and connection to Fulton Market. A 360° brand experience included logo, advertising, marketing collateral, and social media, resulting in record-fast lease-ups, a successful Grand Opening with 400+ attendees, and a large VIP e-marketing list. We received design awards for web, social media, and print.
