Energetic brand for an upscale residence in Chicago's hottest neighborhood
We partnered with long-time clients Moceri+Roszak and Lincoln Property Co. to create an edgy yet refined brand for a new, upscale community in Chicago's West Loop.
We named the community Fulbrix to emphasize the building's brick facade that ties into the warehouses of Fulton Market, which served as the meatpacking district for decades. Then, we created a logo, brand identity system, advertising, marketing collateral, and social media posts as part of a cohesive, 360° brand experience.
