Relaxed, Authentic Luxury Brand for Central Coast Apartments
The Kalthom is a brand new, luxury residence in downtown Ventura, California. Walkable to the pier, the beach, and downtown hot spots, the Daly Group sought a refined yet authentic brand that would compliment the high-quality design and interiors for which they are known.
Being just steps from the beach and Ventura's friendly downtown, we created a retro-inspired brand with a laidback surfing vibe. For the name Kalthom, we were inspired by the well-known cross streets of Kalorama and Thomson. This created a unique word that had good recall, resonance and mouth feel. The brand we built utilizes references to beach culture, skate board brands, craft brewers and that unique outdoorsy way of life in Central California.
