Onyx Apartments

Objective

Onyx Apartments is a luxury apartment building in the tony suburb of Edina, MN, just across from the Galleria Mall. UpShift created an upscale, refined brand for Lennar/LMC as this was their first foray into multi-family home development and management in Minneapolis. The custom website and marketing collateral that we created were a huge success, presenting Onyx as LMC's crown jewel of apartment living in Edina, Minnesota.
