Upscale, Modern Brand for a Premium Apartment Residence in Chicago
UpShift created the brand, advertising, website, and marketing collateral for this upscale class-A apartment building in Chicago's Loop. Working with Moceri+Roszak and Lincoln Property, Parkline Chicago set record fast lease-ups at a time when other buildings had stagnated and had to offer expensive incentives. We crafted the name, logo, brand identity and a full range of marketing collateral that included outdoor advertising, signage, custom website, media buy management and print collateral. Our work with luxury consumer brands combined nicely with deep expertise in Class-A residential to result in an effortlessly elegant brand that featured the building's many upscale amenities. These conveniences include numerous outdoor spaces with views of Lake Michigan and the skyline, a unique indoor-outdoor pool, a massive fitness center, and an entertainment kitchen space.
