Safety Technology International (STI) pioneered a device many of us take for granted. Their founder invented the "Stopper," which "stopped" teenagers from pulling the alarm at schools. Instead, the "Stopper" makes a loud noise, scaring off the prankster before the actual alarm is pulled, avoding costly false fire alarms.
