Another Web Design Award for Maverick Apartments

Our custom website for Maverick Apartments in Minnesota won Rose Gold in the 2017 Muse Creative Awards! The site captures the independent spirit and creative vibe of the building’s North Loop neighborhood with a warm, rich color palette, pops of plaid, and references to local hot spots. UpShift created the brand, name, logo, website and more for this project. Our custom approach to marketing set Maverick apart from other new developments in downtown Minneapolis, leading to strong social media sharing and lease-ups.
