Working with Marquette, UpShift named the this luxury residential building after its ideal location across the street from Union Park and steps from the hot Fulton Market neighborhood.

The fresh, upscale brand for Parq Fulton  showcases Marquette’s careful consideration of design details and technology that provide residents with a healthy, active and rewarding lifestyle. Our work also included a fully-custom website with real time pricing and availability integration, large imagery and video, and a wide variety of custom content features to showcase the property and help it stand out from many nearby competitors.
