Next-level convenience & style in Glendale, California
When Fifield of Chicago and Century West of Los Angeles formed a partnership to develop a trio of multifamily residences in Chicago and LA, they looked to UpShift to help them create a master brand that could be used across the 3 properties.
We developed the name "Next" to convey the next-level of design, the next level of convenience, and the next level of comfort that these 3 distinct properties shared. Then, we crafted a custom brand and marketing collateral that allowed for flexibility to adapt to the local vernacular—imagery, phrasing, and layout tweaks to best appeal to the desired demographics. The result was a custom brand whose costs were amortized smartly across 3 developments.
