We bring UpShift's lifestyle branding to active adult living
Price Brothers aimed to set a new standard for senior living with a brand and marketing approach that matched the luxury of high-end apartments for young professionals.
We found inspiration for this exceptional living experience from the founder of Price Brothers, Isaac Price. The bespoke brand identity, website, and marketing collateral fit the expectations of today's seniors who seek an upscale, active, and refined retirement. Our efforts led to a substantial interest list while the developer was still just moving dirt around—and also contributed to large pre-sales.
Inspired by the unmatched levels of hospitality and European design, The Isaac logo evokes a modern feel with a clean, thin sans serif and negative letter-spacing. A refined pattern that nods to the natural finishes and expansive outdoor amenity spaces was created, and photography further communicates the active, social lifestyle residents enjoy at The Isaac.
UpShift developed a custom website highlighting the best of The Isaac.
We developed a UI to provide multiple ways to search for an apartment (by plan, by availability, and by floor) and integrated it seamlessly with their property management software, Yardi's Rent Café, to pull in real-time pricing and availability.
A bespoke brochure was designed to highlight the beautiful community spaces, active lifestyle, and incredible services The Isaac offers. This print piece is a valuable marketing piece to share with prospects as they tour the property and allows the property to stand out further in the market.
UpShift also worked on designing a variety of stationery and print items, which helps communicate a cohesive brand to prospects and current residents. A Rack Card that folds in half and an additional Amenity and Services sheet was created for an economical way of reaching a wider audience.
Temporary signage was designed to help launch the brand and grow community awareness.
