Objective

A new brand for a refreshed Lincoln Park mid-rise apartment building that captures the active lifestyle of this lakefront community. Located on Clark Street in Chicago's active Lincoln Park neighborhood, the name is a clever take on Clark Kent—yet feels very fresh for today with a social media-driven marketing strategy and digital collateral that engaged a younger, brand-savvy audience. We worked with long-time partner Lincoln Property to craft a fresh image that fits a very thorough remodel that resulted in renewed interest and increased rent rolls.
